I usually work in a circuit at the end of my workouts as a transition from weights into cardio. For instance, on leg day, I do squats, leg press, good mornings, lunges, single-leg deadlifts/squats and step-ups onto a bench. then I go over to the machines and do 2-3 sets of the following rotation:
leg extention 80lbs x 10, 90lbs x 10, 100 lbs x 10 with no rest except to move the pin to increase weight. then go right into leg curls 80 x 10, 90 x 10, 100 x 10. That's one circuit set for me.
I work out alone, so I'm usually in and out of the gym in about an hour.

Hi again,
I love the mini-circut I will try that on leg day... stay tuned I will post some of the circuts I have designed.
In the Trainess section Alex, and Sippy had intense circuts and they dropped inches in weeks!!!
