3/4 pound lean ground turkey 1/2 cup onion chopped 1 garlic clove minced 3 1/4 cup water 1 can of cannellini beans 1 can diced green chilies 1 tspns instant chicken bouillon granules 1 tspn ground cumin 1/4 tspn black pepper 2 tlbspn flour
Prep 1. In a large saucepan, cook turkey , onion, garlic until turkey is no longer pink.
2. Stir in 3 cups of water, beans and undrained chilies, bouillon, cumin and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 30 mins.
3. In a small bowl stir together the remain 1/4 cup water and flour. When chili is ready add flour mixture and cook for 1 min more to thicken.
