1 can Tuna in water 1 celery stalk 5 cherry tomatoes onion black pepper salt garlic powder parsley (fresh or dry) oregano mustard lemon juice Hot Pepper sauce(scotch bonnet fresh pepper...red ones!)
Put tuna in a bowl chop onion and celery stalk, add 1 tablespn of mustard, 1/2 teaspn salt, black pepper,garlic powder, oregano and parsley (dry) fresh 1/4 cup , cut tomatoes in halves or in wedges. Mix all together until tuna is separated and flaky, add hot pepper sauce to taste/or finely chop fresh red pepper and top off with 2 tablespn lemon juice.
This makes a great snack on Melba toast canapes for parties or guests or part of a well balanced lunch or dinner.Add crisp romaine lettuce and you've got a great salad.
