warm up 20 jacks 10 front kicks right and left leg
workout 20 reps shoulder press with sumo squat 10 jump squats/ holding kettle bells
20 bicep curls with knee up 10 dead lifts( deep squat and kettle bells touch the floor)
20 side lateral raise with front forward split squat 10 jump split squats/ holding kettle bells
Abs 20 Lying chest press with pelvic tilt 10 chest flys with air bike/ kicks
