1 chicken breast already marinated and cooked thinly chopped 2 small whole wheat pita/ 4 thin tortilla 1/4 cup shredded low fat/1 % cheese 1 cup saute veggies (chopped fine) Heat skillet 3 Pam sprays Split pita, drop half in the hot pan some spread cheese, add veggies and chicken and top with cheese let melt for 1 min and put the second half of pita on top and press down for 1 min till cheese melts then flip! Add 1 tablesthingy of salsa and ENJOY
